Seventh graders studied Greek art and discussed how the Greeks were the first to depict a body "frozen" in motion - without the use of photography!

Afterwards, they played Freeze Tag and had their picture taken as they played. Using their photograph as a reference, they drew themselves "Frozen in Motion." Then they traced their drawing onto a foam printing plate, used a brayer to roll ink onto the plate, and "pulled" a print.
